Germany NT 2014

  • Here is the original full interview with Fürst from a Dresden newspaper: http://www.dresdnersportclub.d…trainer-stimmt-nicht-mehr

She does not mention with one word that she (or anyone else) wants Guidetti to leave, she says he has to find a way to work with the team the way he did in the past and her aim is to stay with the team at least until 2016 and try to qualify for OG. The original interview sounds far less spectacular than what the press eventually made out of it...

  • Original article also means so muc thing but because u dont like it u try to act like there is no problem im not surprised though cause its typical for u :aww: Big congrats fürst for her brave and clear explanations. :flower: Already a normal person can see that there are so many wrong things in this current german team no matter what 'smarts' say
What should she say more to explain this tragedy? She mentioned that last grand prix was Tiefpunkt however u claimed its not important for german team cause they used it to prepare for WCH which is not true and she says it was a disaster  She even says that there is no right communication between team and guidetti and he doesnt have the basic trust to his players :wavy:

Its so clear that if germany goes on with guidetti there will be no success in ECH and world cup and no hope for qualify to rio 2016.But as we see germany wont go on so hope everything will be so mich better woth the new coach. :super:

  • Bad news for hejjdeu, good news for everyone else: Guidetti confirmed to DVV that he will fullfil his contract and remain as head coach until 2016.

Both Guidetti and the team spoke out what they wish and expect from each other, now DVV president and vice president want to moderate the talks between coach and players to make the team grow after the crisis. Between the lines I read that DVV president was not happy at all about Fürst's interview, saying "now everybody understood that it should be talked about behind closed doors first"

  • In recent interview, Mari says that changes to play for Germany Nt are really really small...

She confirmed that there was an invitation and some talking, but she said she would have to move to Germany and make all this change and that they dont have the structure that Brazilian Nt has of giving a money support and money awards. She says she would not play for love with Germany, like she would do for Brazil (where she wont play anymore), so to make her go play for Germany she would have a "structure" to make her go.

For what I got it, to play for Germany Nt she basically need money stability....since Germany NT doesnt give that kind of "help", she probably wont play.

  • Christiane Fürst announced her retirement from the NT for personal reasons :(

  • This is big loss for Germany...Fürst is one of the best MB in Europe :/

  • but that mean they will lose their strenght and leader  seeing Brinker playing, Beier playing and Kozuch´s up and downs Germany should pray for youngsters to play very well (or its time to call Mari :D )

  • I'm also pretty sure these "personal reasons" are called Guidetti. Already when she still was in Vakifbank in 13/14 there were rumors about problems between them and Fürst's interview after WCH made clear that it's not getting better, so unfortunately this step is not a big surprise for me now but certainly a big disappointment :(
Germany has maybe one world class player every 10 years, and since Angelina Grün and Fürst shared about 5 years of playing, I'm afraid we might have to spend the next years without a world class player :(
Youngster MB Wiebke Silge has the potential to become a very good player, maybe even like Fürst. I hope she'll make a good development in the next few years...other than that there are no talented MBs coming up anywhere here :S

  • Germany lost in 2 years both the MBs, which was the best position they had in the team beside liberos and setters. Let's see how NT will adapt to this. Pettke, Silge and Karg have the chance of thier life now.

  • or time for Kathy´s triumfal comeback :box: :P

  • It's a pity that Christiane decided to retire from NT, but it's because of her relation with Guidetti...
Now when Furst and Ssuchke-Voigt are out there's a place for other MBs.
Karg with Pettke can be starters ^^ Silge is good prospect, so she can be 3rd. Radzuweit is of course too old and too weak to be back :wavy: and Kauffeldt is so horrible, so she doesn't deserve to play in NT anymore. What about Anja Brandt :?:

I think I'd rather see Olesya Kulakova :D
