Great match from both teams but in the end the Germans deserved this win
Lebedew's tactical skills are hillarious and remining on Hoag's approach. I bow to coaches like Falasca, Grbić, Kowal etc. but for me one of the best coaches in male volley is Glenn Hoag and from now on Mark Lebedew. Berlin probably wouldnt make to FF if they werent hosts but in these two matches they showed great volley form tactical point of view.IMO they have to win this match before 23-21, Shoji made a big big mistake by setting ball to De Marchi @14-13 after solid reception. Those balls always and always going on OPP (even triple block is waiting for him) or the best OH, even in back row like Drzyzga did yday.
SKRA fought but they obviously lack 2nd reliable OH. Neither Marechal or Wlodarczyk can replace Winiarski. I'm surprised how Marechal defensive skills declined in over last season as he was one of better defensive OH's with monster serve. In last few matches he was really poor, both offensively and defensevely, and did nothing on serve. Also I don't understand why Falasca doesnt trust to Brđović. Uriarte was predictable in some parts of both matches, ignoring "towers" Klos, Lisinac and Wrona while he was focusing on Conte (good display overal) and obviously tired/sick Wlazly. And Tille... one of the biggest disappointmens (from my point of view) and I'm sure SKRA will get rid of him.

Agree but 54 errors are way too much. You have to compensate large number of "free" points and it isn't easy today.
Final started, I'm expecting Zenit is going to dominate from service line...
