    Whoa, congrats Krasno!! It's official - I'm rooting for them this season :box: Sure, they have their bags of mistakes and connection troubles, which is totally understandable as it's basically a new team, but there's something very, I don't know, sunny about them. Great atmosphere between the girls, lots of smiles, hugs and support from each of the girls. Fabiola-Koshe, Lyuba-Koshe - their interactions were just joy to watch. And how they fight, especially Kosheleva! I hope Krivet's injury is not serious.
    Soo, when was the last time Kazan lost the opening match? :D


    Great to have challenge in Russia, but it just takes FOREVER to check. Even when I, from my flat, saw that Koshe stepped on the line :aww:

    So is it usual for the referee to have to walk off court to view the tv replays herself and make the decision because the tv replay panel can't decide?

    I didn't watch the whole match so I can not make any statements, but I really liked Krasnodar's energy.. Podskalnaya was not good, she was blocked and did not make any blocks.. Dianskaya on the other hand was good, I would like to see more sets to them, but probably there would be as the season progresses, they have to find their connection with Fabiola

    Well, Ezhova was always mediocre L :wavy: her backup, Abroskina (Kwon) seems too be ordinary too... pity that Ulanova made a break ;(

    Well, she is coming back from injury and she entered the match at the end of the third set cause of Krivet's injury (I think it was her ankle). So I don't know if she's 100% healthy to play and how her preperations looked like. Plus she spend on bench like an hour and the half before entering the court for the first time.


    Kazan looked a bit flat and for most of the time Chaplina reminded me of Yevdokimova (Makhno) with her constant passing errors.

    Yes, there was a change later in the match, but it was Ezhova who started. She had a bad second set, but she also had to cover Chaplina who couldn't pass to save her life.
