2017 European Championship will be held in Azerbaijan and Georgia.
One group will play in Georgia (probably Tbilisi), one group in Azerbaijan (Guba), and 2 groups in Baku. Semi finals and final will be held in Baku.

Maybe they have more talented players like Ravva... But they will be one big mistery.

They don't even have to participate. In 2007 Belgium and Luxemburg shared ECH but Luxemburg team did not participate.

Yes, you're right.
Azerbaijan and Armenia would be a more interesting combination!
One reason of having it in Georgia is also to promote volleyball in that country. I like CEV's decision. Armenia-Azerbaijan would not work for political reasons.
President of Polish Federation said, that Poland applies for women's ECH 2019 and WCH 2022 and it resulted a positive response from CEV and FIVB.
Don't forget Turkey NT also didn't have any international success till 2003 European Championship.
Maybe, 2017 European Championship will be a new phase for Georgian volleyball

If we talk about NT, yes it is true. But Turkey had a lot of success with club teams and has volleyball culture. But we can not say same for Georgia. I know only Ravva, if I hear Georgia in volleyball. Anyway, I support them in this way and neighboor of Turkey with Azerbaijan

I missed that! Nobody said that in Italy! Do you know where and when? I'll look for it in CEV website, but if you've already found out...
Edit: find it, but there isn't any location yet, just the dates. And guess what? 2 over 3 Italian matches are in the exact same days of italian male Supercup!
