If Sbano will start today's match with Rodosova I won't be watching match. Bielsko easily could be higher in standings if he played with Mucha and Łyszkiewcz. Bamber isn't in decent shape. Rodosova is a completely mess...I'm pissed of.

BKS Aluprof Bielsko-Biała - Impel Wrocław 1:3
Kasia Skowrońska - Dolata was oustanding today, 29 points and 59%. Costagrande was awful like always, 24 % in attack. Hildebrand had 40 %.
Ptak was also great: 14 points, 63% and 9 blocks!
Kąkolewska 6 points (6/8) 75%
On the BKS's side only Moskwa had 67 % in attack and 6 blocks (finally talented MB). The rest of team was pretty bad.

Castiglione, Costagrande, Rodosova, Savenchuk and Milovits are the worst transfers so far. Bielsko is for me the biggest disappointment of this season and Piła the biggest surprise

Of course Monika Ptak isn't called to National Team and players like Pycia or Efimienko are.

Costagrande's last seasons, after leaving Pesaro:

2010-11 Dinamo Moscow (awful)
2011-13 Guangdong Hengda (so so, outshined by Skowronska)
2013-15 VakifBank Istanbul (awful)

Question is: why Impel hired her knowing she played 5 bad seasons in a row?

Richards on the other side can be helpful, expecially if she feels to be important for the team. Otherwise she could be as awful as Costagrande.

Both Martalek and Pycia are good players. Efimienko is a misterious thing to me: with that body she should be like Akinradewo on court...

Efimienko is still better than Kakolewska. And she can hit the ball really strong She doesn't have good connection with Radenković. She played not bad against Novara 2 weeks ago but I don't think she should be in NT.

Especially, if the experts think that Bełcik is better setter than Wolosz and Milovits is really talented setter who plays really good.

I would keep going with Bednarek, Pycia, Kąkolewska and Ganszczyk for a while. IMHO there still hope for Kąkolewska to improve her spiking, like she did in her first season with Impel. Ganszczyk is a rising star and Bednarek is like Czarnowski in men's volleyball: when she's in shape and free from injuries, she's the best so far. Pycia is consistent and constant player, who can cover the position if needed. But yes, Martałek is NT material as well.

Players like Bednarek and Werblińska did the stupiest thing for their careers. They've never gone abroad...personally, I think that both were talented enough to play for the biggest clubs. They wasted their chances to be volleyball icons.

They always have been treated like big stars at home maybe that's why they haven't played abroad. I don't know about Bednarek but Werblinska musy have got very attractive offers from big clubs like 4-5 years ago. Now she's not as good as her golden times, just a decent local player.

Bednarek, I don't know, she's always quiet without big emotions and does her job in the meantime, that's just it. Dziekiewicz-Liktoras duo is always better IMO.
