Congratulations Conegliano - on to the FINALS!!!! All the players really stepped up when called upon. Coach Mazzanti did a fantastic job finding the right combinations that worked and Glass worked to get all her hitters the tempo they needed. Way to go Ladies.

Italy has such a great and traditional league, they should invest in better referees, cause sometimes they make some mistakes that are hard to believe, or invest in the challenge system then.

After Vicenza, also Montichiari lost one of its main sponsors (Sanitars) for next season.
They are both looking for new sponsors but Montichiari should be able anyway to take part to next A1, even with a slightly weaker team, while Vicenza is in troubles and may have to close down.

As regards Bergamo, it seems the rumours about the loss of their sponsors were not true. Somebody probably tried to spread false news in order to cause problems to the club and convince some players not to sign for them...
