Men's European Championship 2017

Sad to hear Michał Kubiak possibly taking a break from the national team after their failures from World League and ECH but it does seemed too late to take a break with the NT season ending anyway and the World Championship coming up next year. So that means no World League for him next year? Looks too short of a break to me. Still I'm hoping too see a more rejuventated Kubiak next season if he comes back. It's been two years of him trying to carry this team. It is really time to grow up for everybody.

I just wish the coaching staff was better at managing expectations. They hype was unreal for this team and they just couldn't deliver. Probably this was the prompt to why Michał is considering a vacation after club season.

If reception is good, Kampa should play more with MBs,mainly Krick that is playing good untill now. I prefer Bohme than Andrei.

In the end he played exactly once too often with the MB So the great comeback was all in vain.

Serbia is well prepared for Grozer which makes life hard for Germany.

There's no challenge for it, actually.
Not that if he had denied it the referee would have changed his call, anyway. I still appreciated he didn't even try to pretend he didn't touch it.

Anyway I hope he will woke up to have a more entertaining fight

Strange substitution during 24-23 in the fourth set for Serbia... Okolic replaces Jovovic for the serve. I know Okolic has a good serve but seems too risky at that time.

After losing so many chances and saving 2 match points, Germany forces a tie-break...really unexpected!

Germany relies just too much in Grozer, who does what he can, but the serbian block (which has been superb today) is already waiting for him. Service is letting Germany´s hope still alive.

I would say, they don't put much of a pressure from the service.

Too many counter attacks lost by Germany! During long rallies, all the balls go to Grozer, who cant score everything! Germany is able to defense, but then it is hard to score.

Serbian middles could mark the difference in this tie-break. I think the one who breaks first will grab this tie-break.
