Ive just discovered this tournament will be played in Tehran, I think its level is disastrous.
Teams: Venezuela, Brazil, Zambia, Qatar, Srilanka, Pakistan, China, Qatar, South Korea, Lebanon, Palestine, North Korea, Latvia, Iran.Iran plays with defense ministry team in this tournament that will play in the coming league, too. 4 of junior NT members are there to spend their military service.

Anyone can explain that a team like Zambia that doesn't even attend African championship has participated in such a tournament?
