Lozano wasn't the head coach of Argentine NT? He becomes the head coach of Chinese NT only because of money?

I don't hope the situation of volleyball be the same as the one of football (soccer).

Nope, Lozano never was Argentinian head coach but he was in Poland, Germany, Iran and Spain. I know he had problems in Germany due language barrier (doesnt speak German or English). IMO he can improve Chinese male team...

He used to speak a bit arrogantly when he was coach of Poland/Germany and gave shit to the argentine system when our federation had been working A LOT to grow volleyball in our country through youth player development (I would even say it's the best and most organized sport federation in our country). -
Can't really argue with that.
Argentina's Football is just lucky to have talent like Messi.
They are a mess without him and they are now looking to not even qualify for the world cup which is a shame.
argentine volleyball on the other hand is a team that has no outstanding player. A shame though. I mean you got Conte but not enough imo. They do not have the pool like for example Russia does with their tall players. Sole in my opinion could have dominated as an opposite but that would leave a big gap in the middle. Argentina makes good setter though. Just not enough finishers at the wings and a bit low in the height for middle blockers.

Chinese team prove to be good blockers last WOQT but I think they need to improve their service game in order to compete with the best. I wonder if Lozano could fix their impotency in the service line without adding more problems to their error count.
I also feel chinese team is too slow especially in the middle attack. I wonder if that's just fitness issues for chinese team or the setter or the players are just not adept to that kind of tempo.

In the site of setter, Jiao Shuai had not been "himself in 2008 OG" because of tha age and the injury, however, Xie Guo-chen believed him too much. Li Run-ming was better than he now at least. Li Run-ming's best substitute setter was Zhan Guo-jun. They both participated in 2011 World Cup and 2012 Asian Cup. However, Xie Guo-chen didn't like Zhan Guo-jun. Therefore, his old student in Henan, Jiao Shuai, returned in 2013.

I think having a foreign coach is the key imo. Most chinese mvt coach probably have no idea what's lacking in their player's international game.
