Display MoreI just check the rules. According to CEV competitions regulation:
“The Player licence can be included in only one CEV collective licence (CL, CEV Cup or Challenge Cup). A Player licence may be removed from one CEV collective licence in order to be included in another one as follows:
a) At any time, when the Player never played a match with the previous club,
b) No later than the start of the 1/4 finals of the CEV Cup and Challenge Cup or 1/4 finals of the CEV CL; when there is an emergency, medical or exceptional reason which is approved by the CEV office. Only one Player licence may be
removed. The new Player shall come from a different CEV competition and a fee be paid.”
Therefore, there is possibility for Buijs to play CL if she transfers to Conegliano. But it’s definitely impossible for Grothues.
that is correct. It does not matter Buijs is listed in Monza, she didn’t even play a single set with Monza as far as I know so she can be a good choice although i am not sure she can be the player they needed. I do not see Buijs is a player who can achieve that big.
