As far as I remember Vargas signed 3 years deal with Fenerbahce but I couldnt find any news about it. Do you remember that guys? or is there any news about it?
I really enjoy watching Vargas and hope that she will stay many years in Turkey. If Fenerbahce has signed just 1 year she will get many good offers from Italy, Russia, China and even Japan. Please stay in Turkey Melissa

Honestly, there's nothing Rabadzhieva can add to Yildirim's today performance. Fatma was outstanding. And there's no point to compare the bulgarian to Bricio, 'cause they'd play together in Champions League.
Sloetjes is still a better player than Ebrar, that's for sure. VakifBank may look better than what we saw today. Anyway I feel Ebrar is ready to step up and take over the starter position. She just needs court time in order to gain experience. She's just a kid and can already be consistent against the best players in the world.
So, yes, on the paper they're stronger with the Champions League line ups, but on court they had almost nothing less today. And the level of the game proved it.

Kim was not (always) on a weak NT. Korea finished 4th in London. As a comparison İtaly's best result in history is 5th place...
That was probably because that was 2012 after Kim won CL with Fenerbahce. I remember she scored way much more than Destinee Hooker who was overall #2 in pts. If looking back on her performance, it’s because the Korean NT is weak that they couldn’t get a medal even with a player of MVP performance on the team.
A team over-relying on ONE player.. that may be an environment for a player to show his or her best performance but it will tire them out quickly. I hope Melissa Vargas stays in Fenerbahce and works out her NT arrangements so she gets a chance to shine and maintain her good performance for a long duration.

If fenerbache can show the same performace tonight as vs vakifbank, they will get the cup. Last year, fenerbache gets nothing. I think it is their turn this time.
