Olesia is known for making mistakes at clutch time especially when she's the only player on the team that can score.
Clubs will force injured players to play sometimes. Let's not forget what Vitra did to Thaiza. Rasic played CL final 4 while injured.

If a player ever did that on purpose and the word got out, I'm pretty sure she'd be blacklisted by all serious teams - because they wouldn't want to risk such a thing happening to them at some point in the future.
