CSM Bucarest lost clearly in three sets at home in Romanian A1 against Alba Blaj last weekend, I don't think, that they are as strong as last year, when they won the title against Alba Blaj.

Btw, Kazan won the first two sets in Ekaterinburg, but lost the third clearly - will they collapse again today?
-
Now close race in fourth set in Ekaterinburg... maybe we go into tie-break?
-
Tie-break in Ekaterinburg, the hosts made the first two points...
-
Any link, please?
-
No idea... but Ekaterinburg leads now 7:1, only a wonder will save Kazan now...
-
-
13:4 for Ekaterinburg - Kazan is totally lost now.
-
Ekaterinburg won tie-break, the match and two points against Kazan by 15:5. This is definitely not that Kazan team from the last years, we also played in CL a few years ago in Stuttgart, having no chance at all despite playing well...

Keniia Parubets (born Ilchenko) had 26 points alone as top scorer, best scorer for Kazan was young girl Tatiana Kadochkina with 17.

The non-babies among Kazan´s hitters are terrible, i.e everyone excluding Kadochkina. Kotikova killed 6/30 and Malygina 12/38 while the kid pushed down 16/31 i.e Boskovic/Egonu-numbers. Although these numbers must be put into a bit different light given the notion, to me at least, for ex. Malygina was delivered the most complicated off-system balls to work with on a regular basis, but it merely somewhat mitigates the performance relatively Kadochkina, in absolute terms an efficiency ratio that is so low could hardly be acceptable anyway. Kazan was running a predictable game overall to me, whenever they ended up in hardships or became struck in the groove during rallies Startseva insisted to feed high/slow balls to Malygina as if she, among everyone, was destined to act as their emancipator and Ural read it easily ofc. All of their hitters, except for Malygina, seems to merely thrive with face-paced balls and its a problem for them; neither Kotikova, Bavykina nor Kadochkina attacks slow balls effictively.

Btw has it ever happend in the Champions League´s history that a player 15-year old or younger scores 17 pts+ in a game or is it a new record?
-
Kadochkina is 15 years old!!!!She played really well!

what an interesting point by Robin!

German teams are looking stronger and stronger, I agree with Crovolley when he said they at least don't look like amateurs at all unlike some underdogs, they have a great working game plan. Decent reception and are not affraid of big teams etc.
Ofc they're likely to still lose 0-3 easily but at least they give a fight

i think Robin touched/violated Hanke's ball but referee didnt judge it in that direction
