    what's going on in Peru is just a mess - I've just compared who played in Pan-Am last year on game Peru - Puerto Rico and I see that there were only 4 changes in PUR on becnh, while in Peru 12 :!: players are out - only MB Yllescas and OP Olemar stayed, rest is different :whistle:


    btw. I'm surprised seeing Brazil losing, though they barely won with Mexico nad Argentina, anyway Brayelin Martinez was unstoppable yesterday :super:

    BRA only with 25% :!: in terms of spiking while Dominicana had almost 47%

    Domincans had some luck not playing with Canada again in SF...

    I don't know where everyone got the idea that Brazil will win easily. It's Dominican Republic's top team vs Brazil's team...C? with Dani and Thaisa who are still recovering from prolonged absence with the NT.

    it seems COL beat PUR 3-2 for 5th place, so that means PUR will miss pan am games next year?


    i don't get it... if only 5 teams here (plus host PER) qualify for the pan am games, that's only 6 teams... isn't the tournament with 8 teams???? how will others qualify?

    kondzio, why do you say DOM is lucky to not play CAN again? i don't know CAN but is this team that strong? they lost 3-1 to USA in semis... i think CAN got lucky in the draw and caught DOM on a bad night. normally they are below many other teams and wouldn't even be in final 4... what did they finish at home during last pan am games, 7th?
