2019 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League

  • Very very slowly and this was not enough for her team.

Her attacking percentage was very bad in these 3 games of VNL

KYK's fans are delusional, she basically just played one good match during the final series, and they were all like "queen is back", lmao:D They always choose to ignore her bad performances.:rolll:

  • But by letting Meliha go, her and Hande will be less on the bench, which is better for the players. And even if Ecz had them both they would probably give enough playing time for only one of them and the other one would come only in desperate times when she can't do much . Hande is performing well this VNL, she might be an upgrade

They had Meliha, Hande and Guldeniz in their team two seasons ago and they didn’t use them much. They had Meliha and Guldeniz in their team last season and they still didn’t use them so much. If feel like we are just dreaming when we say they would or would have use Meliha/Hande/Guldeniz instead of a foreigner.

Well, South Korea has never been a powerhouse and now they have most of their starters injured. No one wins matches alone. Egonu, Boskovic, Zhu Ting, KYK and whoever... first rule of volleyball.

    Exactly my point. :win:

Oh, i forgot ,I thought they would have to choose between foreigner setter and foreigner OH. Maybe Gibbemeyer's attacking percentage in CL (well number of blocks too) inspires them to give her more playing time so she can improve, and that that will free the spot for Hande.

What's the point on bringing bad vibes? Sometimes I feel like I should just shut up forever, 'cause it's almost impossible have a talk on here. ;(
I need positive vibes now! ||

Don't worry we will forever support KYK, all players can have a few bad seasons after being on top for so many :whistle:it doesn't make me forget her abilities at her peak  I believe she'll rise again, her reception becomes more and more solid over the years so maybe she opts to be a specialist from now on.

Which is the most technical and difficult part of the game. Passing is the purest technical skill for a spiker, that's why there are tons of strong attackers and you can count on your fingers the decent receivers.

  • Ebrar Karakurt best attacker of VNL btw so far with 53,29% :box: she is also the 3rd best server

I feel she never gets any praise, only negativity so why not bring out the receipts aka stats sheet to silence haters :super:

Followed by Brayelin Martinez with 51,71% :rose: the others are less then 50%, Smarzek took the most kills though, 245 to be exact.

  • If I am not wrong, KYK has only played 3 matches in this VNL, from this 3 matches, she only played one full match (against Germany) and she was the top scorer for South Korea. Against USA she only played the first set, where she was the main scorer with 5 points. Then she was changed. Against Brazil, she also played only one set.

South Korea is also missing other players (4-5). It is written in their NT thread. Taking that on count, I dont think they are doing so bad.

Shook She was top scorer for Korea.

KYK had bad season, Larson is always on high level and you can say samething about KYK. I don’t talk about only attack but reception and defence too, hard to replace Larson in this parts.

I havent said a word about KYK performance in the league season. I only pointed out her performance in this VNL.

Now, if you would like to discuss how was her season in TL, I would say it was average. She had gread moments, in the CL, when she alone won sets, but also bad ones when she couldnt kill any single ball.

I havent mentioned Larson because I was only talking about KYK and South Korea :teach:

  • My question was never meant to bring a ‘what on earth ECZ thinking having her and letting Larson go’ or ‘ECZ will be happy to have the Chinese next year’ blabla, jeez what’s wrong with you? :aww:

Having one bad club season doesn’t mean she’s done or not worth the effort having her.

To me she’s still one of the best all around players and i thought she was injured nor physically ready to play.

I’m glad that Germany won, especially I see that Hannah Orthmann is little by little improving herself, besides Hanke and Dürr are leading the team as experienced players. Lippmann definitely deserves a good mention.

  • Changing the topic, I would probably hate playing this competition, I mean traveling from Europe for example to US and then to Asia, again back to either Turkey or South America. That’s insane :wavy:

For that reason Terzic is smart dividing players into 2 or 3 groups, I mean who could play his/her 100% with crazy long travels and jet legs?

  • LOL, I guess being the top scorer of Korea is an achievement now. :rolll:

It's Just as pointless as your post. This tournament means nothing. South Korea plays a B Team most of the time. If you find pleasure making jokes about KYK, even when She doesn't play, keep It going. I won't disturb anymore.

No one can take my positive vibes away from me now. :win:

Everything for you is pointless when something is not like you said. Same old story

    Like literally every Turkish fans.
