Micah is awful today lol

Seems like Christenson learnt sth in Kazan, he now sets like those female setters in Russia
-
Not only today tbh
Would you say he's overhyped?
I fairly new to the men's game so I'm still learning about how players rank with each other, but I see lots of comments claiming he's the worlds best setter and what not. lol

When he’s good he’s definitely one of the best. But what I dislike his game the most is his tendency of losing his mind when the score is tight. And everyone knows he likes to play a fast game, but when reception is off, he still always pushes fast balls to the pins or forces to the middle. When he gets it done of course it looks great, but very often it turns out to be just a tight set that his attackers can’t swing in it, it’s especially obvious when his team is getting behind or when the score is like 22:22.

Anderson has finally arrived to the game.

Polônia as world Champion back to back and didnt Win an Olympics medal... Weird.

WCH is Kurek’s favorite tournament for sure

What's up with the US starting every set with Averill?

I am wondering the same. I guess for his service at the end of the set but he also has to play on the net. Not that Jeff is good. Giani did the same in the tie break against Italy.

Any link for the match?
-
USA in the lead again, hoping for five-setter, great game!

Imo it’s time to have Semeniuk back in

Poland crumbling

does this work?
Thank you

Middle as top scorer, that is crazy.
-
uh oh Kurek heating up.

The founder of this 3 middle system is Heynen with Poland haha. Aim is just serving pressure and taking a risk to not play the "better blocker/attacker" in front row at the end of the set cause there is not much gap with the back up/server one.
