  • Cai Bin, is that you?

this coach is hopeless… he got cocky. Playing GXY against Colombia, Czech (even after the second round entry was guaranteed), not bringing a useable OPP, using this lousy backup libero, setter with a tendency to lose it mid-game… he has no strategy and seemingly, no brain.

  • What a bad mistake from CAN libero

  • Thailand with a great win, and going into the second round at 4-1. If they can get to 6 wins, they'll have a really good chance at making the quarterfinals as Germany and Canada will start at 3-2 (at best) in the second round.

Those five set matches may comeback to haunt them if they start off with losses in the second round as fewer points won with the match result will possibly come into play.

  • I thought DR were about to win that, I've never seen them look solid like today before, they are peaking.

With that said, Thailand managed to beat DR when they're playing that good. They did it again! Thailand is becoming more and more a volleyball powerhouse. It was nice to see a great match by Ajcharaporn, she had been the more silent teammate recently but I feel was incredibly reliable today esp. out of system.

Great match overall on both ends!
