Indeed. I think at both this year's VNL and this WCH the position with the biggest number (by quite some margin, I would add) of high-performing players is MB.

Also, I don't think there is much doubt that the 2 best setters in this competition are Macris and Drca. Is it a coincidence that their teams are the ones who have arguably showed the most thus far?

Zehra has back issues. She had it before USA game and had to get 2 shots so that she could play. And there was a training video and she looked not OK, walking like people who have back pain.

Zehra and Ebrar are both injured. They are not training for 3 days, they just playing the matches. Especially Ebrar skipped lots of trainings. They are not physically good but they will play for sure.

Boskovic with 50%+ eff. Crazy number. Definitely the best opposite hitter in the women's division right now.

And shocking to know that LYY is the Best Receiver so far. With the return of healthy Zhu Ting this team gonna be scarier.

Daroit is in the Top 10 best receiver. Maybe she is not that bad.

best receiver stats aren't accurate. They're "Best receivers" because they're receiving more serves than anyone else.

They don't grade passes like the turkish league would for example (positive/perfect passing)... they do "excellent"... which they dont even do correctly. it varies across so many different players as to what an "excellent" pass is vs not.

I think it was Natinha that I was watching and she was passing well and FIVB stats was like "nope".

I just meant to add FIVB's passing stats are very subjective... and not consistent (unlike the turkish league and others... not italy though. their passing stats suck too lol)

from this chart Krob is at #33 with 13.95 eff. Frantti at #46 with 7.55%. Y’all better drag Larson and MBH out of retirement.
