You can't expect 2 OHs to cover all the reception and attack at the same time. -
It's been a while since I don't see Hooker play that bad.
I even think Chinese OPs are better than she. In fact, this day, Du Qing-qing as the substitute OP gave us the perfect result and helped Kosheleva and Rabazhieva much.

Hooker hast been playing well in the beggining of the season for a couple of seasons. She starts really slow and increase her game during the competition.

I don't think there was one in the market back them, especially because they chose to go with an powerful OH like Martinez as foreigner second-spot... I think Pri Daroit was a guess in that direction, and I think she can do great things yet... She is not amazing world-class but she knows her volleyball...

The Chinese team has understood (as have the other teams in the last 5 years) how to play with Kosheleva on their team.
When she goes to serve, she gets 2 turns off and the libero enters her seat. When in the net, she is out of the pass line and is the player who receives the most balls.
Rexona / Rio did this with Marianne Steinbrecher on Brazil Superliga back then. They have the MB Valeskinha receiving in her place.

I don't like the way Wolosz distribute the sets lately, she doesn't play with the middles at all! She never sets the middle with an in-system ball and when she does the set isn't good
Just no words for Egonu, great match for her!Hill also played good, stable reception and some good attacks. Sylla a bit messy, but overall played good. When she or Hill are struggling, Imoco has a big problem! Geerties can't receive Mikasa and Sorokaite just isn't a outside hitter
Folie and de Kruijf did a good job in block and at the service line. Normally it's the other way around, but they can't do much in attack if they don't get the ball
About the discussion who of Boskovic/ Egonu is better, I think there is not a big difference. I just think Boskovic is a bit more stable. Ognjenovic still better than Wolosz
Yes when it comes to Folie, but MY God I wouldn't set to Robin when She is not hitting right and pls don't put that on sets because She is out of shape this season in attack.
Last season She was sometimes top scorer She didn't have any problem with sets
She is not hitting with 100%, her attacks looks hopless, for me She is one of the best MB, don't get me wrong, but I can't believe how She is performing right now.
