Is No.3 of Kenya women's NT a left-handed MB in World Cup 2019?
I only know three left-handed MBs and two men of them are also OPs.
They are Qin Song (Sichuan men's VC), Renan Buiatti (Brazil men's NT) and Ha Joon-Eem (former South Korea women's NT and parcitipate in 2012 OG).
Add the lineup of 6 left-handed men: Zhan Guo-jun (S), Wang Jing-yi (OP), Julian Lyneel (OH1), Thibaut Rossard (OH2), Qin Song (MB1), Renan Buiatti (MB2) ...

There is left-handed MB in Poland - Monika Gorzewska. She played for polish B team in 2007. Now she competes in third division.
i always had the impression that lefties are often OPP... i mean, they can be setters and liberos too, but not as often OH or MB. i think setting to a lefty MB is more difficult, because it requires a lot of precision, whereas setting high balls to OPP does not require as much, so lefties tend to be pushed to be OPP. at least that's my theory...

In fact, we could even find the lineups with "mirror image wing spikers" (two left-handed OHs and one right-handed OP):

tomen, i watched a little bit of the OG Q, taiwan team had 3 lefties, lin yi-huei MB, wu tsung-hsuan OPP and chan min-han OH. at one point, all 3 on court together.

The reason for not seeing many left MBs is the fact that the ball needs to travel longer before it reaches to their left arm compared to right arm, thus making their attack more predictable (same issue with left handed outsides but they can afford this slight disadvantage while MBs need to be extremely fast and unpredictable) also lefty MB would have less angle at attack since their approach is generally very close towards the setter

That is true for A-quick, but what about the slide? wouldn't the left arm be closer?
When spike backward form the setter, they usually use two feet as a mirror of right-handed A/B quick.
Cause the movement of left-handed player to do "slide" is from "right to left". It's rare to see left-handed player run slide from left to right(Very hard to spike).

As akiyalai also mentioned, it is unorthodox for a lefty to do slide attacks in zone 2 because the stepping. He should do slide attack in zone 4 but that's the part outside hitters are attacking. Thus unless a team is full of lefties and setter will be in a mirror position (setting from zone 4 instead of zone 2), a lefty can't be used as a slide attacker
Sanae Watanabe is a lefty OP who does slide right attacks A little more angle to the net than a righty but it's as peculiar looking as you think it'd be. She doesn't kill the ball as much as shoves it somewhere. It's an Okayama combination play. MB does a tight cut behind the setter and Sanae goes past her. I think Sanae is in reality right-handed and swings with her left arm because it's more fashionable. And effective. She had the best kill % of all local swingers this past season.

In Chinese National Championship 2020, Guangdong's No.13, Huang Bi-xian, is a left-handed middle blocker.
