I think Zenit should try and experiment Ngapeth as foreign libero after this tournament.

Golubev's reception is okay but he have to give a runway for Mikhailov for the pipe to work.

Mikhailov serving Evandro's balls.

Regardless of the final result, Conte has been playing like he's the best player in the world this CWCH. If Sada wins, he should get the MVP award no matter what.
-
hope next wcch the formula of competition come back to 2 pools of 4. The woman competition was so much good this season.

A competition with Lube + another Italian, Zenit, ZAKSA, Sada Cruzeiro, Taubaté, Bolívar and Panasonic Panthers would've been great,

This was the key set.
Meh, now Lube will win..

Bruno has officially won every big cup in his career with today's title, both at club and NT levels.
-
S: Bruno
OPP: Evandro
OHs: Juantorena, Conte
MBs: Volvich, Simon
L: Balaso
MVP: Bruno
Other than Volvich, pretty good dream team I'd say. Bruno gave his MVP award to Leal, which honestly was a good call.
-
Did Yoandry Leal take the MVP award officially? Because that was shameful
Great gesture by Bruno, also Osmany and Simon who were calling Leal to the podium.

It seems this was more of some kind of intended statement- I really don't see how you wouldnt award Leal in this whole competition as MVP. Bruno played well, but on balance so did Cachopa actually, so Bruno's setting award was more than enough. Nice gesture by Bruno- at least someone was thinking straight.
-
Bruno is a living legend. He is the best male setter ever and one of the best players overall to ever play the game.
Like father, Like son. He is a hall of farmer already.

Will relegation of football team affect Sada Cruzeiro? or is the vball team completely self-sufficent? I've noticed last two seasons they haven't had the same level of squad as in the past.

I actually don't know. I *think* the volleyball team is pretty self-sufficient (not sure if Sada also sponsors the soccer team), but at this point it's unclear if and how Cruzeiro's relegation will affect the team. I'm gonna keep an eye on possible articles in the media about it these next few days if there'll be any.
Also the team hasn't been the same since Leal left and Taubaté got stronger after the ranking system in Superliga got axed. They made a good transfer with Conte this year, but I have yet to be sold on Perrin. I'm confident that what they have is enough for them to reach the finals this year again, though. SESI is weaker and Sesc remains a mess.
