Btw do you know why the Bulgarian team looked so pissed today especially the Dimitrovas? Other than being in front of their supporters ofc. The vibes were polar opposite.

Because Bulgaria knowed that lost against Germany will make them 98 % third in the group and that mean very difficult opponent in the 1/8 finals which they want to avoid but whatever. One of the hosts Romania probably will be even last in their group which is more unpleasant than to reach just 1/8 finals as a host.

Yeah i understand the tension. But i just wondered whether there is some other beef between the teams cuz they were yelling or making faces to the germans from time to time if I'm not mistaken, i hope i am though. I hope the hosts have some good moments in the remainder of the tourney. The romanians have a young team so it may be a good start of greater things but I'm not so sure about Bulgaria. Their stars seem at the height of their careers.
Please! Haven't we watched another match ?! The Germans also made different grimaces and faces! First Denise, who never stopped provoking the teams, then one from OH, who looked at Kitipova so much that the judge had to intervene! Do not explain to me what kind of provocateurs the Bulgarians are, the German women do not fall below either... 😏

This is way easier said than done, though. She has been brilliant up until this point and is in remarkable shape. However, Bulgaria has a very solid defence and block, hence its not implausible they might shut her down. Imo, this game is very close to 50/50.
I'm really looking forward to BEL vs RUS today! Also FRA vs BIH should be interesting as it's essentially a battle for the 4th place in the group.
Sweden has the - by far - worst MB in the entire ECH: Linda Andersson. She is quite frankly amateur-level and does not belong at this level at all. In case they desire to achieve anything, Sweden has to get rid of her in the line-up. Her block is ok, but she cannot even attack a ball without delivering a fault or mistake.
Do you think that Bulgaria is capable to do that after such bad performance.
I hope so to be alive to see Bulgaria with match for medal in important championship. Germany will have a lot of chances you are big and powerfull country with so many players.
It's even worse for Germany: in the last match Poland can afford to win just two sets and let Bulgaria win in tie-break, being first and second in the group than and no two three point wins will help Germany than to be better than third place in the group (assuming the top three will win against the last three like until now all the time with three points).
