Women's final is kinda disappointing so far, compared with Men's final yesterday.
It's like a class A team vs a class C team without real battles or surprises.

My favorite team so far in this tournament was Kenya, hope they get more recognition, all these teams flopped in my books (except USA, they really did well)

but yea except for USA and Brazil I feel the rest had nothing much to show for this OlympicsExcept Boskovic, if any player not in the finals/Gold medal can win an MVP, it should 101% be her.
Pity Kenya didn't win at least 1 set, they deuced with Korea in one and I feel they should've won that

I just feel like Brazil is allowing USA to do everything they want easily, their blocks aren't touching nor slowing down the spikes - its not entirely the libero's fault
They're agitated and spiking too hard directly into USA's blocks instead of trying other things like feints/sideouts and switching it up
But I want to say that I'm really amazed Brazil can play at such a high level despite the ages of their players almost all being over 30 wow
Both in VNLs and Olympics, they really show that you don't have to retire once you hit your 30s/late 30s

No, they were my favorite team because they were the only one that could surprise me positively among all the ''elite'' settled teams, not 1 interested me this time. JWO for MVP bcs she did do just that!

France Men's team had bad group matches, but they adjust pretty well in knockout and won the champion.
Poland Men's team almost got eliminated in round 2 in WCH 2018, but they won the champion.
Same thing to China Women's team in Rio 2016.
For a big tournament like Olympics or WCH, it's all about timing.
