It's a no-brainer. If Kelsey got Fener's interest, it only means something isn't working for them.
Indeed something isn’t working for them but I think that “thing” is not Busa specifically but the system. That’s why many here are suggesting that Robinson can be brought in to use a different system.
With that said, you could very well be right that the plan for now is to bench Busa.
Despite the fact that Robinson is one of my favourite OHs, I think this transfer doesn't make any sense for FB. If it was before the starting of the season, I could understand since I expected Busa to play like a second libero but she is contributing at offence more than anyone expected from her. So replacing Robinson with her wouldn't make an upgrade. Also being purely a better receiver doesn't necessarily mean she will function better in a 2-player reception system, it is all about being used to it. In that case I bet on Busa more than Robinson although in a normal system the latter is a better option
I also don't like the idea of Brankica as Opp. She is not as good attacker from zone 2 as she is from zone 4. Meanwhile, it is not like Vargas is terrible. She has ups and downs but she is having a good season overall. At least she is not the real problem of FB so replacing her with Brankica won't solve anything.
An OH with the profile of Robinson could be use literally every top team right now and she decides to go to FB, who needs her the least

A team like THY would've been a better fit. She's an upgrade all on three of their OHs and has a connection with Carlini.

IMO it just about $$$. The Guangdong team she played is a much worse team than Fener, that team wouldn’t have a single chance to win anything even in the Chinese league, but they’re rich and there’s rumor today Kelsey already signed with them again next season. Fener is another rich team which can afford to pay Kelsey, esp. when Fener now have that big sponsor behind.

Kelsey is such a fighter. She's so passionate on court. I don't like the idea of watching her playing for a team that has zero chemistry, because the coach forces them to play in a way that makes every single player except one - Mihajlovic - play worse. The last 3 years of Fenerbahce are ther worst for this club since it estabilished itself as a turkish powerhouse by winning its first league title in 2008-09. Even two world class players like Eda and Naz are just ordinary since they started playing for Terzic.
Side note, I don't see Vargas as bad as some people say.

I just read she didn't pass medical test, not physical. Team doctor said playing volleyball would be dangerous to her health.
I'm shocked, tbh.

LOL, you are such a melodramatic when you "hate" someone or something, i mean if nothing else, it is clear that Mihajlovic + Terzic are your thorn in the eye for a while. 
P.S. Eda is EXTRA-ordinary even under the worst coach in the world ever, Zoran Terzic, that attempt was not fair to her.

I don't know, I think they just didn't have the money to hire her. They have a really really low budget this year that's why they are playing with young girls. Ze Roberto probably opened his training center for Samara so that she could keep her shape but with no interest in signing with her.
