  • Egonu with 58.4 % in attack :sos::sos:

And Pietrini better at reception than many OHs who are defense players...

I think Hancock has break the record with the most serving aces in regular part of season :/.

  • Novara next season with their serving squad :sos:

Ebrar-Herbots-Hancock great jump servers and great float servers as C.Bosetti, Washnigton and Christina.

  • Now that we arrived to the end of regular season,I gonna talk about the performance of some players

(Not the ones that we know as folie,Egonu, herbotts, etc)

    The good ones

    1 part

-Degradi:She was amazing this seaaon,I followed her since he was in Firenze and she had a big potential but wasted on bench.

Now as starter she performed really good but unfortunately an injury came and I hope she return better in next season

Signorile:amazing comeback for her after being some years out of Italy, she arrive to Cuneo and make them play really good, specially with their MB,a pity that they had so many covid breaks and injuries bcz they could be better at final place

Zachkaiou:Even when Italy has players from minor countries I doubt when I heard about a player from Cyprus, then since day 1 she keep my mouth shout with her wonderful display, leading in blocks and attacks,a pleasure to watch

-Gicquel:The first games she showed a really low volleyball level that I couldn't think she were in Imoco and then she rise her level and finish to being a decent back up piece for Imoco when Egonu isn't there

-Mckenzie Adams:Biggest revelation and unlike the other she had a really big responsability, she start the 1st game replacing Hill and did an outstanding job, even if later there were some upd and downs it was a good season in overall

  • Finals are gone be one match or two with need of golden set if the score is 1-1 or that is the rule for the matches of quart and Semi finals ?

  • continue with the list

    Good 2 part

Silvia Nwakalor:even if last year she had the chance to play as starter in a Seria A team, this year she shined and carry her team through the season and she made record of points for this season

Francesca Bosio:Wow this season she really impresionate everyone, she was very efficient and big responsable of chieri's success, the season of their lifes

Maria Luisa Cumino:I loved her,she guided this young and unexperienced team of Trento and make them being the revelation

Vittoria Piani: In under ages categories she was ao good, kinda like Egonu,I fall in love in her, then I knew she was bench in Busto but last year go to A2 and rules that league and now in A1 she was good with all teams even with Imoco

Mazzaro: Last year I liked her and this year she was chieri's Mb owner, most regular of them with realy good fast tempo and in.blocks she make a good work

Gray: she was unlucky the last season, she was ding a good job and was removed without reason and then moves to scandicci and covid came

This season she was imo top 3 Best OH of the league, main weapon of Busto.even with best teams at world she was merciless

De bortoli:I love this girl, she is really really good

She's called to replace Moki when she retires

Young and mature she also have a big part on chieri's success this season

  • To fi ish with good

Frantti: she came and was a good backup and even achieved to get the starting position in chieri,so many power and fire,so spicy

Fahr: even if she did a good job in Firenze and Nt this year she has the charge to replace Folie and did amazing leqding best spikers list and helping Imoco

    Mentions(venturi,furlan,fondriest,candi)

    Bad or dissapointing

Smarzek: biggest flop of season,we all expected Novara in semis of CL and 2 in regular season and they did but it could have not been done and she would be the one to blame,a team really harmonic and with all players fine, she's the weakest link of her team and preventing Novara to go further.

Giulia Angelina:she was the revelqtion last year shining in minor team but this season she couldn' t do the same,at bench almost all season and when enters, nothing good every time

Bonifacio: she was a good back up to Chirichella, she did kinda good but nothing outstanding or memorable and that's why when christina was healthy recovered her position easily.

She was like NT material but now she isn't,is like stuck at her level

Meijners: I love her a lot but this season not,i tought she had injuries but she wasn't playing as we know she can

Maybe the age is the reason

  • Second time in a short amount of time that I'm here supporting/defending Carli Lloyd! Is this the world that we are living now? :tzz:

Great text tho and kudos to Carli for speaking up

  • And i still remember people were quick to dismiss Chirichella :tzz:

  • And i still remember people were quick to dismiss Chirichella

And nothing has changed regarding Chirichella: she's very good middle blocker in her top shape, but because of few reasons, she's very inconsistent. Two years ago she was very subpar, last season Cristina was really good, this season she has shown only flashes of a very good level in CL because of injury. But she's also a vocal point of a locker room both in the club and the national team, so it looks like she has kinda guaranteed spot in both teams, and she's one of the highest-paid Italian players in a league thanks to that.

But considering how outstanding Danesi, Mazzaro and Fahr all have been this season, I truly don't think Chirichella will be an important part of the Italian NT after Tokyo Olympics.

After Tokyo, she might lose her spot but currently she is one of the best Italian MBs. For sure, Fahr, Mazzaro and others are the future though.

  • I hate that italian league organization when all teams play almost at same time

We can't never watch a match properly
