    I have those young players with talents and they have potential to improve but why would I play with them and let them improve? Why would I do such a thing? Let me transfer old, inadequate foreigners so my team can be defeated with the help of those foreigners with insufficient performances. Plus, I will be contributing to the economy during these unfortunate times.

    Mambru didn't play a single good game since she arrived. She didn't play good in Beşiktaş either. She is just useless. Instead of her as you said if he let Yağmur play Ilbank could have filled the OPP for next 4 5 years. Bcz she has potential. Same for Yaprak and Eylül. They should build their team around those players.

    Mambru didn't play in Europe since 2015-16. What does Ilbank expect? She has even lost her position in NT in the same period, DR is mostly playing Rivera, de la Cruz and Brayelin Martinez.

    Ramazan Yıldırım, general manager of Thy, served as the general manager of VakıfBank for a long time in the past.

    It's obvious they want to create another Vakıfbank. Can they? Well they have the money to do so. But they should start producing their own players. They should put some money on there as well. That's how they can create another Vakıfbank.

    if they think they can create another Vakifbank with Abbondanza, good luck to them. Vakifbank became Vakifbank when they trusted Guidetti. It took some time, yes but it happened. If THY wants to achieve something similar, they need a good coach and Marcello is not a good coach. He is not even a bad coach, he is awful. He had many sources and great players in Fenerbahce and he only played a F4 in CL once and it was a complete disaster. After he was fired from Fenerbahce, the teams that hired him could not even stand him a whole season. Yet, THY says they want to achieve great things but they hire a schmuck. How consistent is that!! lol

    Actually they have started producing their own players.Berin and Busra are the first of them.Also,I know that they have volleyball schools in different cities of Turkey.Even if they are not going to produce their own players, they transfer young stars such as ebrar and aslı.They also do not want to transfer the best players of the world to the team immediately, they want to rise slowly.

    I saw pics of Berrin in Vakifbank jersey along with Zehra and Ebrar. She must have played in junior team.

    I'm afraid Eczacıbaşı is in danger zone. Both THY and Galatarasaray are peaking and can get surprise wins against Vakif, Eczaci and Fener.

    Right now both THY and Galatasaray have 5 loses, Eczaci 3.

    If everthing goes as expected THY will end up with 7 loses, GS with 8 loses and Eczaci with 4 or 5 loses.

    But THY or GS's possible win over Eczaci can change everything.

    THY will play against Fener, Eczaci, Nilüfer and Yeşilyurt. If they win 3 of these matches ,I think they will be in.

    GS will play against Vakif, Fener, Eczaci and Nilüfer. They need to win at least 2 of these matches ( especially against Eczaci)

    Eczaci will play against Vakif, Fener, THY and GS. If the lose both of them , they will be out.

    She has been playing for thy since the 2016-2017 season and she is 21 yo.I think we can count her as Thy's own player

    Berin was in Vakifbank junior team and Thy transfered Büşra from Yeşilyurt.

    But I hope they can get good players from their own schools.

    There are many postponed matches. I think after those matches we can say certain things about ranking.
