    Congrats Novara, 3/3. We watched two really good matches, I really enjoyed. Especially in today match. Chemik is amazing TEAM, great style of the game. Just how I love :heart:

    Congrats to Novara, but also kudos to Chemik, i hope that they continue to play like this in rest of the season, that was really weird match, but interesting one and this was nice end of CL week.

    I don't understand why Chirichella is so unpopular :what: Alright, she's not the best Italian MB, but I think she's been doing a solid job for years now, and IMO she's better than Bonifacio because she has more variations in her attacking and also is a better blocker.


    I assume Washington will be out for a few weeks at least, so right now Novara for sure needs both Chirichella and Bonifacio healthy and in good shape...

    Fully agree, i don't understand why lot of people discredit Chirichela as a player.

    I think it's her high popularity inside the team by at least the coaches even when she wasn't necessarily contributing. As a club player I think she is good enough usually indeed. I'm personally not that fond of her attacking only because there is days when she is good but also many days where she can't put a single ball on the floor. A bit inconsistent for the amount of experience and chances she got over the years.

    Chirichella's blocking, defense, and reaction after blocking are better than Bonifacio and Washington. Especially her defense, it's much better than a lot of MBs. Her attacking is not so aggressive and inconsistent. But overall, she is one of the top MBs in Italy.

    Chirichella is quite solid and she has been playing at high level from such a young age. I think the reason she is not so popular is that she doesn't have spectacular moves at attack and she doesn't make crazy blocking numbers in a game like Danesi. That's why people don't perceive her as a great MB but I think she deserves her spot in NT.

    Nope I didn't, never. She was on the bench 80% of time. How could She be?


    Even though She deserved to be starter over Robin in some match because Robin had many ups and downs.

    What sets her apart is how dynamic her game is imo and the USA has such a locked system that I can't see her thrive there.

    Hancock doesn't fit into the US NT system. The US NT relies on the super fast and flat sets to position 4. Hancock's setting to position 4 is problematic.

    Both Hancock and Carlini have good reverse setting. Hancock has better setting to position 3, while Carlini has better setting to the outside. Of course, Hancock has a really good jump serve. But when it comes to float serve, Carlini is also quite good. Moreover, Carlini's blocking and defense are way better than the other two.


    If Carlini has better connection with the MBs, she would be the starting setter. She did a really good job in CL final in 2019. I hope she can solve the problems. She has the potential to be one of the best in the world.

    IMO this is so true, and not only the case with Poulter among USA setters, but i don't see that as big adventage, in fact it poses a problem at crucial moments.

    I really like Novara´s players, but to be honest I feel that as team they are not as good as they should be. Some of you should consider that they barely won against Chemik Police who were play with Grajber as a starter who is basically a worse version of libero and Lukasik who started to play as OH this year. (Kudos to her for reception, I am positively surprised).


    I accept more from Novara, because they are capable to be better.

    Is this #15 from Dinamo Ak-Bars the future of Russian OH? She hits hard and have a very cool attitude on court. Their Opp seems to be good as well, her approach is very athletic, something that I haven't really seen in any Russian wing spikers lately.


    But can they please go to their middles more? The #4 MB have like 0 swings in half of the points. :white:
