We've recently been having difficulty with new users not receiving an activation email and current users not receiving password reset emails. This is why we've now created an admin email address: ivolleyteam@hotmail.com which you can use to contact us outwith the site and ask for help.
NB: CONTACT US THIS WAY ONLY WHEN YOU CANNOT CONTACT US VIA THE SITE. THIS EMAIL ACCOUNT IS NOT FOR REPORTING POSTS OR ANYTHING ELSE, JUST TO BE USED WHEN YOU'RE HAVING DIFFICULTY ACCESSING THE SITE.
