Yes, her real sister. She looks like a mini Zhu. 
From pics I've seen Zhu's parents aren't that tall so idk where she got her height. Lol. Her other sisters are shorter than her as well.

From what it seems like Henan isn't the one forcing her to play, it's Zhu that wants to participate. She feels like she has a duty to her home club and after the Tokyo Olympic results she thinks she needs to show that she's still a world class player.
If that is true then this is one of those times Zhu needs to see the bigger picture and think about her future. Henan isn't really a strong team even with Zhu, their other players are mismatched against the likes of Tianjin and Jiangsu. It's better to sit this one out than risk worsening her wrist injury. If she really wants to be there for her team, just act as a captain from the bench and lead them from there. No need to play on the court.

Idk at this point. Maybe it's a pride thing. She needs to accept that she's not in the best form to play right now and that's ok.
