I think Maja Poljak holds the record for most block per match with 10 blocks.

I am disappointed to be right about Vargas. She's always after homerun without much else in her arsenal. It happened so many times before once she gets blocked and she does get blocked given her style she feels down and down. I don't know why popovic's spikes are so slow so horizontal with zero blocks next to that. Volleyball is such an emotional sport I expected a 3-1 loss with the last set being somewhere around 25-16 or 19 but heck they could only bag 10 points. I wonder what specific training Vakıf does with floor defence. Fener players looked like they had concrete on their feet. In the first which turned out to be the most decisive set, I think Naz was at fault. She should have tried Popovic once just to shake up opponents block formation a little. She constantly stacked sets to Vargas. The game started with such high level and ended up a total trashing. Such a pitty

MBH played some solid defense tonight. Watching back the replay I am amazed at how quick she is on floor defense. What else to expect from Olympic & VNL champion & MVP. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I disagree, Popoviç was not effective at all, trying her instead of Vargas who was on fire would have been a mistake

I hope after this match Terzic will finally learn that playing with Vargas as Opp & Meliha as starting OH will NEVER work.

In previous seasons I already noticed that Vargas’ attacks at positions 4 & 6 were so much better. Whenever she is hitting on the right side, no matter at pos 2 or 1, she just directly hit into the blockers’ hands and gets blocked. OTOH she seems to be more comfortable and can hit at a higher spike reach at 4 & 6. I hope she can play as OH and train really hard to improve her passing from now on, it can benefit the Turkish NT as well if she is able to do so.

On the other side Alexia's performance has dropped dramatically in the last games.

Well, it looks worse than what we have seen. Ozge Cetiner shared that they were attacked physically after the match by the fans of Bolu and Bolu management instigated the fans by gesturing them inside the court as soon as match finished. Misli Tv also stopped showing the match, which is true as last set is absent.

I really hope there will be actions immediately. This is unacceptable.
