IPLA application shows all of the games. I don’t know how is it with availability in other countries but you can try.
I think it’s no longer Ipla but Polsat Box Go / Polsat Go and I also don’t know if it works in other countries.

The covid rule is: If you have 8 healthy players (including 1 setter) then you should play the game.
That case was a little bit different. It was not related to covid, but both setters were injured. Zawiercie wanted to postpone the game, but Cuprum (host of the game) rejected that deal.

According to Przegląd Sportowy (Łukasz Kadziewicz exactly) the next season PL will have a new foreign players rule: "4 foreign players on the field at the same time"'. It was mentioned before in press but now he states it's already confirmed.
