It looks like they might be expanding. BringItPromotions runs all of the trips (or most of them) and they organized this one (probably with the help of PSA)

Did not realize that the NIL rules do not apply to foreign NCAA athletes due to their student visas. Hawaii’s men’s and women’s teams were mentioned in this story.

I see Houston, Cincinnati, and UCF have found their agreement to join the Big 12 in 2023.... conferences are going to be changing so much over the next year/two/three... this will be fun to edit on volleybox
