Stivrins is returning, but because of her injury. They aren't sure how much she will play. Injury made pro not an option.
She had back surgery and will rehab there.
that non-conference looks kinda weak.

Only Minnesota and Penn State are good Teams 😇
Stanford has a good one https://gostanford.com/sports/womens-volleyball/schedule
UCLA's is bad https://uclabruins.com/sports/…-volleyball/schedule/2021
According to a US statistician... Lexi Sun could make around $40,000 with her social media following and likeness/image rights (new to the NCAA)
yea.... makes sense why she would wait to go pro lol
This is a whole thread but previously NCAA athletes weren’t allowed to many any money off of their image and likeness…. That’s about to change and it’s probably a huge reason why Lexi Sun stayed for another year (she’s going to make bank)
Jamie Robbins with her 128k followers wishing she was still a bench player. lol
I was looking up stats for Aylen Ayub in the U20 thread and I forgot that they got a new coach at her school, U of San Francisco. Diogo De Andrade Silva... figured saishuu or Sidney would know him
We do indeed! He's a former player who retired just a couple of seasons ago. I knew he was coaching in the USA for a while now, but had no idea he was involved in the university program.

He just became the head coach in May. He was a volunteer assistant (like an assistant coach, but not getting paid/NCAA rules are weird like that)
Wouldn't be surprised to see Brazilians going there, that university has always had a lot of international players.

What kind of certificates do I need for this job? I am okey to not getting paid for a few season till I learn everything about coaching

I don't think you technically need anything besides a university degree. They help with a lot of the "dirty work", stats/film/travel/getting equipment ready.

honestly, if you ever are looking there's probably always someone hiring. A lot of the schools have to have big athletic training departments due to gender laws (womens sports need to have similar access to resources that the mens sports (Am Football/Basketball) get)

I actually figured that was the case! If I'm ever willing to go abroad I'm gonna keep that in mind for sure.
