Nasya Dimitrova and Kitipova from Bulgarian NT represents Prometey here. The former Cuba NT-attacker Casanova acts as the OPP for the Ukrainian team.

Olympiakos won even the second match in Minsk(0-3),so they passed in the next phase.Salas was brilliant with 23 points.
Now they are going to play against the serbian ZOK UB -
Despite the loss canadian mb charuk had 19 points
She did good in 1st match too and last yeara against imoco and fenerbahce she performed well

The groups are interesting. Well except for group E lol
I wish we could sub in Stuttgart or Schwerin
(or Eczacibasi lol)Schwerin is too weak this season, but Stuttgart could seriously annoy some higher ranked teams as seen before.

UB is more proper if you want to use just one word for Serbian club, ŽOK is acronym of ženski odbojkaški klub (Women's volleyball club) and almost every club have that in the name.
It is not that important at all, not bother with this, just as small explanation.

Slight surprise: Olympiacos losing the first match, because Serbian clubs are considered all as feeble in Europe - opposed to the Serbian players, the better playing all in other countries.

Olympiakos - ZOK UB 0-3
-
Ub (SRB) will play in Group E alongside Conegliano, Chemik Police, Nyiregyhaza.
So Ub is gone be the team who Conegliano needs to beat if they won last 3 matches in Seria A
I’m obsessed, but I don’t care.

Olympiakos surprised me a lot 😔

Olympiakos surprised me a lot 😔
They pay players just like Paraiba,Salas,Hippe and they can not pass a team of young girls. So embarrassing for the greek volleyball...Just like the national teams during the summer.Something is going wrong in the greek volleyball

I haven't watched much of Olympiakos this season, but I could imagine that coach is a problem for them. Cutino many years ago had some good seasons in Germany with weak teams but as soon as he was in a strong team things went very bad and he doesn't have a good reputation here. I was quite surprised Olympiakos signed him...

Cutino said that now the goal of Olympiakos is to win the cev cup
