Probably would only be slapped with fine and suspension and wont spend a minute in jail, that’s Korean law for you. Disgusting

Anywhere to watch You Quiz on the Block? Can't find it on OnDemandKorea and Joovideo/Korvideo is down (permanently it seems)...
Don't have the link for Hyojin and the girls, but I have the link for SNSD
Anyway like mentioned above, some side news in the korean male vball world, Jung Jiseok which is the top star (also MVP) of the league got accused of dating violence and setting up a hidden camera to film his ex-gf (she supposedly has evidence like the broken phone he used to film, a picture of him kneeling, and notes & messages)
She said if he admitted to it by court & faced punishment, she would've kept quiet about it, but he insists he only set up the camera for surveillance... which brings into question why she has a picture of him kneeling & apologizing
Korea Air Jumbos said he won't be competing for now, but they are waiting for investigation results to be out before doing anything.
Double standards can already be seen in the reactions towards this (so lacklustre for something that's actually illegal/criminal), wonder why Pink Spiders/KVA couldn't have just said they will wait for investigation results too🤷🏻♀️ Issue probably got way too huge, apology letter definitely didn't help their case.
Anyway v-league's losing all their top stars in the same season
Probably would only be slapped with fine and suspension and wont spend a minute in jail, that’s Korean law for you. Disgusting
But yeah, Korean law towards crimes against females (by males) is horrid. I remember a case whereby a female who set up a hidden camera in reverse was punished an absurdly longer sentence compared to all the other male cases - who committed way more horrific things.

Mongolian volleyball player Orkhon has a Korean family.
From what I could barely understand, it seems it was actually Yeum Hye-seon who persuaded her family to adopt Orkhon.
What an incredible story!

Is the AI Sports TV channel on Youtube the only place to watch those games? My life feels so empty without volleyball, might as well watch some teenage kids play...

Note that there are other sports shown on this channel so use 배구 to filter out the videos of other sports on this channel.

I've only watched a very few games, but if this year seems to have more depth than last year, there doesn't seem to be any high-end talent...
My favorite among OH is Lee Hyun-Ji from Mokpo. She has good instinct as an attacker, plays with an edge, and has more power compared to her peers. Strong serve. Can get erratic at times. She was put on the receiving line any time Orkhon was on the court and looked ok. Maybe it's just the camera angle in Youtube, but she looks a bit heavy. Her vertical jump DEFINITELY needs improvement if she wants to dominate in the pros. If someone like Choi Jeong-Min needs to hit the weights, Lee Hyun-Ji needs to get lighter (without affecting her power) to move better on the court.
Top endgame: a versatile power hitter like Pyo Seung-Ju
Low endgame: Lee Han-Bi

Her serve is golden, i agree she need to get lighter. If she can jump higher probably will decrease the erraticness
