I am not sure if you are being genuine or sarcastic, but in any case, I already think FIVB is rigged because I think it is the federation who decides if the teams should be divided into 2 groups or 3 etc. and not because of some draw. I don’t know maybe it’s just me, maybe it’s just a cultural thing, I cherish my freedom so much that, I questioned authorities. 😊

you mean the host federation can decide how the draw works? france would just decide to go with serpentine (no randomness) and guarantee them with kenya.
