WHAT? Serbia ( OH pool was EVEN WORST back then) is better than the last time. Italy is better. USA is on the same level just now they facing better opponents. Turkey until now is at the same level and sure Brazil is better than the last time. Also Poland is an upgrade compare to Russia and Netherlands was much better than Korea.I really do not know that do you talking about. The last tournament was in a really low level because the three bigger favourites ( China, Italy and Serbia) played their worst tournmanet ever, Brazil had not OPP for the whole tournament ( even before cut her Tandara was AWFUL and Gabi was worst player back then ) and the other teams just was not able to do something good
