2024 Paris Olympic Games

    Now starting most important part of the OG, no more room for an error.


    Brazil vs DR – Brazil 3-0 no need to say anything unless there will be the surprise of the century.


    USA vs Poland – US has the experience and momentum to win against Poland. Plummer and Skinner have paired nicely and Drews is playing so well, and I liked what I am seeing from MBs as well. Honestly, I would rather see Poland over other teams at this stage. Gives us more time to get prepared for the big guns.


    CHN vs TUR – This one is difficult to predict. Turkiye should watch its last game against China. They were up 2 -0 then they lost 3-2, they need to study and understand what happened in that game. China is playing extremely well at the moment, and momentum is on their side. However, if Turkiye serves well to minimize China’s MB, and if Ebrar decides to join in the fun then who knows.


    Italy vs Serbia – This one is difficult to predict as well. It is not like Italy have a very strong OHs. Their strength lies in not making many mistakes. So unlike Turkiye, if Serbia keeps calm and not get frustrated and play under control from the start of the sets then they could win. If Italy continues with their clean play, then Italy will prevail regardless how good Boskovic plays.

    It is the 5th set of the QFs, the score is 986 to 987, and Boskovic and Egonu are still siding out for Serbia and Italy.

    Unfortunatly, I feel it will be hard day, because I dont give big chances for Polish girls, when we have 2 key players without shape:white: but ok, let they suprise me :win:

    Hopefully Lukasik and Stysiak will wake up..and this whole season shows what Korneluk is valuable, without her the block will be much weaker and no Gryka/Pacak can replace her

    100% agree! She is a "block queen" in Polish NT. I cant imagine our team without her. I hope that she will have support in game against USA

    i really hope that she will stay in NT for longer (probably for 2025 WCH for sure)

    she isnt that old to retire from NT, but she playing from really long time. In my opinion girls are hungry for success, when they knows that they build good team, so I think most of them are thinking to stay for IO in Los Angeles. We will see;)

    Hopefully Ana Carolina stays for 2028 so Brazil will have Carol/Diana/Julia Kudiess/Luzia as MBs.

    Karch should start with Avery/Plummer and Kelsey/Larson. Avery has been the most successful scoring, and her passing is better than Plummer (and Larson TBH) however I’m scared Korneliuk would eat her up on that angle. Kelsey has been passing dimes, but can’t score to save her life. Plummer… well she has yet to put a consistently good performance.. she is especially struggling scoring, even in system. I would start with Plummer-Kelsey, considering they have been playing and slaying together in Imoco, with Avery ready to come in if Plummer can’t score. And Poulter needs to use the middles a lot lot more, and Annie in combination plays

    They gotta stop with that low and fast sets to Plummer. Let her hammer those high balls. But I don't think Karch will change his style.

    I would like to see Poland advancing but they are not ready for this level and they show it against brazil

    If they advance it gonna be a 3-0 swept as last semi finals they played

    The same for Robinson. The girl can not kill fast balls. She saw to us in Imoco. In first season were awful and just when Wolosz gave high sets she became a different player. Literally Kirally destroys them.

    Not that they are doing fine as you say but this olympics they are doing fine and players have experience and also that counts
