End of a era for Serbia. Curious about the new faces next summer. I can see Zivkovic retiring with Ognjenovic. Stevanovic and Mina Popovic leaving as well. Silvija Popovic pretty much done. Milenkovic? Busa? Bad coaching from Guidetti in this tournament, but let's be honest, Serbia didn't show high quality and was not as good as in Tokyo.

To be honest, they weren’t good in Tokyo either. Italy managed to be a bigger mess than them in that QF but not this time. Now I hope Cate gets her gold medal but Brazil looks like the best team to me.

Normally I root for Serbia over Italy but I can't root for Guidetti and excluding Jegdic last minute has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Sucks for the girls but this team is not compatible with this coach.
Now would like to see Brazil-Italy final.

Similar rosters in comparison to Tokyo - the same stage of the tournament - and reversed result: amazing what coaching can do in volleyball in 3 years, lol.
Velasco is this guy - and Guidetti is washed, unfortunately for Serbia. I only see Brazil as capable to stop Italy, their defense-block-Egonu combination is on optimal level all summer, and IMHO (only) Brazil has enough depth on the wings/defense/block to beat them.
