The minimum temperature shall not be below 10° C (50° F). For FIVB, World and Official Competitions, the maximum temperature shall be determined by the FIVB Technical Delegate of the match.

yes! I prefer Lucas’ commentary to most others - minimal bias, technical and low on the hyperbole. Happy to hear that he’ll be back.
