What happened that Savic and Atkinson weren't in the squad? Is it the limits or what?

Both injured.
-
Cannes only had one middle available for their match against Evreux... their rotations are incredible
Le Thuc (S) is playing rotationally as a MB... but setting (blocking in the middle too, sometimes dropping off)
Snyder is playing in the setters spot... hitting on both pins, but getting replaced by the libero when in the back court so Le Thuc can set.
Winters/White are playing on both pins. Honestly... its just so crazy lol

It's the line-up Peru used in the 1988 Olympics with their only MB Perez del Solar playing opposite the setter and 4 wing-spikers. Vakifbank also used that system in the early 2000s when Buzayev was their coach.

Yes true! It works well only when a team has a good blocking setter!

I remember also the previous Conegliano (Spes, not Imoco) was doing it in the late 2000 with Brakocevic and Pavan. Trento also played with that formation this season while they had two injured MB, it's very interesting to see

I wanted to write that too, but I felt quite old (and kinda nerd) to remember that.. But since you brought it up.. Yes Spes was playing with that line-up, Valentina Serena was the setter and Manzano the only MB on court. Their main task was to block when they were at the net. Marcon and Rossetto controlled the entire reception duties

Now I'm feeling old and nerdy because that reminds me of the "Valentina Scissorhands" episode with Sarah Pavan

Parece que Volero Le Cannet empieza a estancarse, por el contrario, Beziers ya ha encontrado su Juego y sus individualidades empiezan a brillar (Angela Leyva), al igual que Mulhouse, que sumó a Pressley a sus filas.
-
What to you think or Angela Leyva's performance so far in the league? Can she help Beziers win they champioship this year that eluded them last season?

Beziers are a messy team. Their setter King, is meh. Basso and Leyva have been inconsistent. They brought in OH Mariena Hayden which should help push them... (Howe is terrible).
Their upcoming matches should tell us more about where their level is. They have to play Mulhouse, Volero, Cannes, and Nantes soon (well, into March anyways)

Beziers started very badly, but in the middle of the first part they started to win all their games. I want to see how they face Milhouse and Le Cannet again (by the way Beziers al ready Best them convincingly)

Beziers just got swept by Chamalieres
-
they return to their messy shape, rare as they were in a winning streak
