Japan lost the friendly match against Turkiye. Seems like it was a close fight.
Any videos? Let me guess they couldn't get past Turkey's middles
-
good to see Arisa is somewhat back. Turkiye made sure Gunes and Ardem are putting up that wall for the whole match.

seems there was no service pressure from Japan. Erdem and Gunes with 16 pts each and 64% and 62% attack efficiency, respectively. Even in V.League, the Japanese can’t stop lethal middles and wingers with high spike reach.

I'm very happy with my Tsukuba Girl, Rin Honda, in the U20 Tournament. She hasn't played much with Tsukuba yet, having just entered the Uni a few months ago, so I hadn't seen her really play before this tournament
She came from a nowhere high school, Koriyama Girls, but I just happen to have a match of them against Mie HS from last January's All Japan HS Championship
No surprise, she got all the camera time and all the sets
AND SHE BACK ATTACKS
Cemented in my Pantheon of Love for Back Attacking Middle Blockers

This Yoshino girl really be popping up in the most random things. Next thing we know she's playing for Fenerbahce.

Japan didn't lose a single match when The Real Yoshino Sato was on the roster. After Manabe cut her they lost all four matches
