It seems like it’s the two liberos Yamamoto and Ogawa, OP Miyaura, MB Murayama, and the two outsides Takahashi and Otsuka

I have read Cebulj won’t be participating in VNL as he wanted to get some rest and have his injuries treated prior to WCH.

I don't think Zaytsev will be back to the national team. Italy is trying young Oppostie Romano who was playing decently in the first week.

Cortesia was tested positive, so Ricci joined the NT.
De Giorgi is negative and back in Italy: it is not sure if he will be able to reach the NT, so Giolito might be the coach for this second vnl round.

i think they are doing it for likes and engagement. Yuki and Ran are very popular here in the Philippines. Expect a bigger crowd for Men’s volleyball because of gays and baby bra warriors.
