    I'm happy that Santa is rotating players nicely during preliminary rounds. They won't be torn out during playoffs.


    Anthouli still seems too raw. She is missing technical skills. I hope she can get some variation to her attacks in Italy


    What's the deal with Hungary? Both Poland and Serbia lost set against them. Is Nemeth creating such a problem to other teams or other factors?

    I cant speak to the Poland match bc I didn’t watch but they served really tough and came out fiery vs Serbia. Once Serbia started playing though they destroyed them. I assume the same happened with Poland ?

    Besman might be the worst setter I ever watched in a national team. I think I have not seen a single fine set from her to zone 1 and 2. Fun fact is, the bench setter of Azerbaijan was worse than her and she looked very short, making me wonder if she is a libero originally.


    Well done Sweden! I hope they will have an easier match against the Czech girls.

    Poland wanted to win 3rd set against Hungary playing with back-up players. Lavarini changed the whole roster except Rozanski (but including back-up libero), and they lost that set :D

    this can’t be real. Cansu is soooo much better. The only thing elif does better is block.

    Elif is also a better server, but I agree Cansu is much better. When Cansu plays, the team plays much more fluidly on offense. Cansu played against Azerbaijan and Elif played the other games, there is a big difference in quality. We destroyed Azerbaijan thanks to Cansu and the serving line.
