    KVR (and I don't think it will be close)

    I think THY this season is nowhere close to the level of top 3 teams. Their libero duo is very shaky and I am not sure how much their middles will contribute in attacking. Van Ryk needs to perform in her best constantly to keep THY in top 4.


    Eczacibasi has a deeper squad this year and it is way more useful than previous years. Problem is Simge. If she keeps performing like this and they have to use their bench libero, her inexperience might cause some troubles for them.


    Among the lower ranked teams, I really liked Kuzeyboru. Too bad Nursevil got injured today, she was making her team look better than Arelya. I would put my bet on them being the underdog of the season.


    For GS, middles need to score 10-15 points each in every match to make sure they stay in the competition. Let's see how well the connection get in 10 days, before the 1st match against Kuzeyboru. If they end up far from top 4 in mid season, they might just finish the season with Bell & Beren as opposites. Hopefully they will be just 1 lose away so we can see a transfer, shaking things in top of the league.

    Not a literal rest, just playing with a foot on the brake, It's the only explanation a good chunk of Turkish twitter can see for Eczacimessy's relatively poor performances. I guess its flattering that they view her as a goddess-like omnipotent figure, but...

I hope Yasemin and İlayda Uçak will have a good season as I would like to see them in NT :rose:Yasemin got injured last season and because of that she has not played and is now playing really well since the beginning of this season. GS is already playing the Anthi-Popovic-Ayçin system, Bell is playing so badly that he could really start with Beren and I don't think it's that bad:/

    I think gs should play 3 mb system like Belgium NT. Karmen is too good to sit on the bench and I don't think they can get a decent opp at this time of the year

    Why does she always seem to be wearing a head scarf whenever she is being filmed? Is she Muslim? AFAIK, it isn't a requirement for female players to wear them for religious purposes in Turkey...it's kinda annoying if it's just a fad, if I'm honest.

    Well obviously it's not required in Turkey, there is literally no girl in Sultanlar Ligi wearing headcarfs.


    Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I think she just likes headpieces, I've seen her wear it in several ways, not always covering her hair.
