Laura Broekstra from Neuwied to Schwerin and Linda Andersson from Straubing to Neuwied

Well....that's weird. Why wasn't Schwerin reaching out for Andersson? She is way too good for Neuwied in my eyes...
I think that Dresden can take opposite from Straubing

You were right. Marie Hänle to Dresden.

It seems like Lea Ambrosius and Leandra Negri are currently not available, which is why they got Broekstra. The article doesn't say more - did I miss something? Are they injured?
Straubing out from league
Good transfer for both sides! Hänle developed well this season and she can improve much further under Waibl's guidance, plus Dresden has another OPP as backup for Berger as long as Wesser is ill.
There is no official news yet but Straubing has been cancelled from VBL website, so as Franki wrote they're definitely out. I'm sure Ismaili won't play anywhere else, but I hope somebody will pick up Jordan, Rodwald and De Tant even though on the last day of the transfer period it's going to be very tough I guess Jordan will end up in some Bavarian 2nd league team and maybe Wiesbaden could sign Rodwald as replacement for Meijers?
Still no official news, but a newspaper article from Straubing: they decided to withdraw the team from the current season because with the remaining players it would have been impossible to continue playing in a serious way. However, this is no decision yet for next season, everything is still possible there.

But I consider it as totally unrealistic, that they think, they can improve the current financial situation substancially. I think, the chance that they will be in first league next season is below 10%.
Laura Rodwald has been announced in Spain by CV Haris No info yet about the other remaining players from Straubing.
Today 17:00 CET the TV match will be Schwerin vs Stuttgart (stream). Both teams had exhausting matches in European Cups this week, but still it should be a very hard fought and entertaining match
There is another (free) article about Tore Aleksandersen's health. It's shocking and at the same time impressive how he handles things
Olivia Nicholsen is in Austria. She might join Linz it seems. (her and Brooke Botkin have the same agent)
Weak reception by Schwerin...
Stuttgart with strong block and backrow defense!
Why is Yüzgenç still on court? She can't kill a single ball
Hölzig deserves to be a starter in a team!

According to Waibl, Straube had muscular problems in her knee but it's nothing too serious.
Both regular OH had a really bad day. Janiska with 6/32 (efficiency 19 %) and Bock with 1/15 (efficiency 7 %). At least Meijers was pretty good if you don't count her service...
BTW the night before the match Waibls 3rd son was born. So congrats to him!
Tore Aleksandersen with an long interview about cancer and the dealing with the disease. He seems to have a lot of energy. I hope this will last a long time.

Well...he was wrong. The bad luck of Dresden continues. Sarah straube suffered a crack of her ACL or an incomplete tear of her ACL (Kreuzbandanriss, I have no idea what's the right translation for that) and a meniscus contusion so she will be out for the next weeks.
They hope, she will be back for the play offs. Larissa Winter from their youth team will replace her for the time being.
