    That's my understanding and basically that's true.


    She kinds of left her teammates in Firenze to dry and die, while she accepted a better offer to be a bench player for Scandicci. She was the captain and starting player of Firenze at that time. After that, the tension of the match got really high between her and Firenze.

    Cazaute and Butigan are having great seasons so far. I wonder if either will go to bigger clubs next season. Cazaute is what Novara is missing this season


    Also kudos to Ebrar for being best scorer and best server of the first half on top of receiving many MVP awards 👏👏

    Was watching the Scandicci-Firenze match yesterday, and heard Clayton Lucas make an offhand remark on Washington (around the 2nd set 6-4 mark):


    “Well you see all these forums of volleyball and obviously, everyone has their opinion - that’s fine, you have an opinion, not that it means a great deal if you don’t have anything to back it up particularly, other than just the fact [of] what you watched someone do on the telly, and it’s said that Haleigh Washington, not perhaps as good as she could be, I think she’s absolutely phenomenal…”
