but guess since they did beat THY in CEV cup, so they are probably similar to Vakif this season, maybe #3-#4 in Turkish league.
4th, Vakif is way stronger

But Thy's starting setter was injured and her backup got injured during the first set. Also Van Ryk had some family issues. So I mean thy could beat them but they had 3 serious problem.

I think so

don't underestimate how low efficient is the Italian bureaucratic matters
Even the result is positive for Kate and Scandicci (which i certainly hop so, the girl deserves that), there are lot of documents to be done before the league accept her as an Italian player.
will the ruling take into effect immediately?
Her status as an Italian "player" could change immediately, but I'm not 100% sure: the federal regulation should be looked into properly...
Certainly to see her in the national team we will have to wait for the change of citizenship and I don't know what is the stage of the necessary paperwork...
It seems that antropova results gonna ve positive
Idk why the media are talking she can play at Italy NT and it has started some months ago
So she's gonna be fully italian?
So it seems those naturalized player haters are just hating some specific players or countries. hypocrisy lol

I didn’t think she was actually trying to play for the NT. I thought it was just for league play which I don’t mind

I think it's unlikely soon. She'd have to wait 2 full years after changing federation. And it seems like the issue only started recently.

She'd have to wait the two years only if she played already for a different national team, but she never did

Hmm. I didn't know that.
Hmm. I didn't know that.
The expected ruling on sports citizenship is also based on the fact that she has NEVER represented her country of origin.
If the sentence were in her favour, given for certain at this point that she has never played for any national team, she would not have to wait two years as it was for Juantorena in Italy, Leon for Poland or Vargas for Turkey (just to mention the best known cases).
once the "sporting citizenship" has been obtained, as soon as she obtains the Italian passport, she can immediately go to the national team.
Anyway let's see…

Smart choice though. Lots of competition in Russia in her position. And she's surely more attuned to Italy in everything that counts (culturally etc).
