Jaja was the hot hand and the setter chose to send the good pass to the outside….

I can only imagine how Thailand gonna torture Malaysia. 😂

I'm not feeling the other middle blockers who aren't Majoy
That was kind of depressing match

Valdez came in late and she is the best player for PHI on the match

Would have been a better match if Mau played. Hard for me to believe that she begged off considering she fixed all needed requirements just to be part of the national team.

What was the reason for her withdrawal?

I don't think a reason was stated. The article only said that she begged off along with other players.
I thought she was planning to rejoin the team after AU so I was surprised that she was suddenly out of the team.

i pretty enjoyed the Thai team in action, they can be the 3rd force in Asia now, even the 2nd if we see Japan's Manada as a mess.
i'm honestly cheering for them, for all the 2012 and 2016 robbed and polemic stuff on olympic qualifiers... despite the new formula of the qualification doesnt help neither

I'm excited about what Thailand will show in VNL and WCh (I'm still bummed they didn't get to go to VNL 2021). Also, the PH starting lineup was questionable. Valdez should have started even if her FD is weaker than Galanza's because she can carry the attacking load. I hope they do better in the next match against Indonesia.

Malaysia setter #19 Pei Jun Kong is trying to keep things upbeat in the face of ruin , while their Captain #10 MB Mei Cing Low (OH in this match) is a bit of a downer

Chatchu-on highlights against PHI.
She has a new pep in her step which I'm guessing is a result of playing in Turkey. More control and more confidence in her game!

I just know the tall lanky 4T girl too.

Chatchu-on is amazing, if she further improves her reception as well I can see her getting invited by top clubs in the coming years.

Indonesia #1 Nandita Ayu Salsabila just won my heart with that quick reaction dive
-
Indonesia should utilize that back slide attack more. They have back to back success with that one.
-
Thailand gotta stop with this super easy balloon 🎈 serve

I dont know Pimpichaya can receive.

I dont know Pimpichaya can receive.
I'm not familiar with whether she used to or not but she was a main receiver in Japan
