What makes me the happiest about Ana Cristina lately is how she's been carrying herself on court. Last season, she looked very nervous every time she was subbed in, and kept looking over to the bench all the time like she was terrified of making a mistake or something. But now she is playing with so much joy and confidence, I feel like a proud mom lol.

What a game by Fener, a complete demolition of Imoco. Vakif vs Fener let’s go!!!! Vakif with captain Gabi has more experience receiving those wicked serves since they both play for the same league and they know each other. They are probably going to see each other on Turkish league semi final as well.Looking forward to watching them!!!

she is just 20 years old and does not have much experience at this level. I mean they signed her to just complete the roster rather than being an alternative to Simge.

We don’t know if she was injured though. Some fans claim they saw her going out of the locker room in wheelchair although she seemed fine after the match. I hope it is nothing serious.

I'm kinda find Anna's sudden high reception effeciency a bit... hmmm. I mean not 4 games ago, her reception rate was pitiful against not so powrful teams then all of a sudden she's hitting high reception rates against strong teams? I thought reception is a skill that's hard to learn so I expected a gradual improvement.

I guess in Ana’s case, it was more about confidence and consistency. Last season, both in club and national team, she was never a full-time starter and was even tried as Opp.
